Thursdays at 6pm with Savannah

Springs & Things is a dynamic, small-group class that blends Pilates apparatus (Reformers, Towers, Chairs) with mat work and other somatic movement. We'll create heat, build strength, and explore mindful movement together.

Balance + Resistance

Sundays at 1pm with Lucia

This dynamic, all-levels small group class moves between the springboard and the mat, translating movements on/off the apparatus. Learn to utilize the springs for support and challenge to build strength, balance, and coordination through functional Pilates movement.
