WHAT IS WELL-BEING COACHING ALL ABOUT?

Throughout my career I’ve gotten to know so many of my clients in deeply personal ways. My clients have trusted me not only with their bodies, but also with their tender feelings, existential contemplations, struggles, pain, and the most cherished moments of their lives. This has been a highlight of my work and a sacred honor that I’ve intuitively known I’ve had the unique capacity to uphold.

The global pandemic and social reckonings produced the background for me to commit to continue serving my community deeply and in new ways that would further foster healing and both personal and social transformation. Caring for our whole selves—mind-body-heart-spirit—is my life’s work.

Well-being Coaching provides the opportunity to compassionately gaze deep into our inner world and ask the difficult questions, challenging our limited belief systems, and welcoming expanded versions of possibility for our lives, our communities, and our world. When we make space for our own well-being, we gift profound change to all beings, everywhere.

“Brynne's studio is pure magic! Starting with her, she is the kind of teacher that makes you feel safe; it doesn't matter what, you are safe. Believe me. I was the most scared and full of doubts person in the room. In my first class, I told her all my injuries and explained how frightened I was to exercise. Fast-forwarding, I'm still with her after two years of 1:1 sessions before the pandemic, online classes during the pandemic and the last one, the Spring Series.
