I created this 6-week Immersion Series to support you in finding more connection, commitment, transformation, and ultimately success in achieving your goals. We will integrate Pilates, Coaching, and Community so that you will feel held, seen, and empowered.

Pilates, Body/ Somatic Work, 1:1 Coaching, Ayurvedic Health, Meditation, Breath Work, Mindfulness Tools, Journal Prompts, Grounding Rituals; Personal Development; and Communal Healing.
Two weekly Movement Classes* (Zoom Recordings will be shared if you cannot meet live) with a focus on somatic, mental, emotional and spiritual health *Classes meet Wednesdays 10am and Saturdays 1pm
One 45-Minute 1:1 Call with Brynne to discuss goals, blocks, and strategies for achieving your goals

I will customize a plan for you based on your own specific desires, sending weekly reminders to keep you on track, and create a container for you to stay accountable to your goals. This is about you discovering your inner strength so that you can be your best self--in body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Stretch and Release Series with Cristina Rubio

Rediscover, replenish and renew your mind-body connection in this stretch, release and meditation series. This 1.5 hour workshop encourages you to explore your body through prop-based release work to create space, release muscular tension and inspire a deeper anatomical understanding. Cristina will guide you through a body scan meditation to complement and deepen the work by visualizing your bones, muscles, organs and cells. Finally, with soothing sounds of nature and a crystal bowl healing sound bath we will tap into the interconnection of mind/body/spirit discovering a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
